ORDER POLICY
An order policy is a set of rules and guidelines that outline how customers can place, process, and manage orders with a company.
General Order RuleWe accept orders from all customers, but there will be corresponding minimum quantity requirements for different types of customers. The details are as follows.
Wholesale customer ordersWholesale customers must meet minimum quantity requirements and all prices include shipping. Wholesale customers are responsible for ensuring the order quantity and shipping address are accurate when ordering.Currently, the minimum order quantity for wholesale customers in major cities in Victoria is 10 boxes, and the minimum order quantity for wholesale customers outside major cities is 30 boxes.The minimum order quantity for wholesale customers from other provinces is 96 boxes (one pallet). For orders below 96 boxes, intercontinental logistics fees will still be charged based on the pallet.If the order does not meet the minimum order quantity and requires delivery from us, delivery charges will be incurred.

Retail customer orders
Retail customers are free to choose the order quantity they want. We offer free shipping on orders of 5 boxes or more. Orders under 5 boxes can only be picked up by yourself. If delivery is required, we will charge a delivery fee based on the distance.Retail customer orders
Order modification and cancellationCustomers who want to modify the order quantity or cancel the order must notify us at least 4 hours before shipment. Orders that have been shipped cannot be modified or canceled.
Inventory and Supply LimitationsOrder acceptance is subject to current inventory and supply conditions. In the event of special circumstances (such as stock shortages or supply chain disruptions), we will promptly inform customers and negotiate a resolution.
Dispute ResolutionAny disputes regarding order quantities or order fulfillment should be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiations fail, both parties agree to submit the dispute to the [specified jurisdiction] court for resolution.
