Initiate a returnFor returns, please contact us at bbccland@gmail.com. Once approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to return your item. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damage and problemsWhen you receive our goods, we recommend that you check to see if they are in good condition. If an item is defective, damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at bbccland@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue and provide a solution.
ExchangesTo exchange an item, return the original item for a refund, and then place a new order for the desired item.
RefundsWe will notify you once we receive and inspect your return. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
