A shipping policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the delivery of products, including methods, costs, and time-frames for shipping orders.
General Shipping Rule
◽Retail CustomersRetail customers are generally expected to pick up their orders from our location.For orders of 5 boxes or more, we may offer delivery depending on the distance. A delivery fee may apply based on the location.◽Wholesale CustomersFor wholesale customers, the price includes shipping costs, and delivery will be arranged accordingly.As a general rule, we arrange deliveries for wholesale customers at the end of each week. However, for customers who urgently need to restock charcoal due to various circumstances, Charcoal Land strives to deliver within 24-48 hours (limited to select areas) after receiving the order. The estimated delivery time will depend on the destination of your products.
For out-of-province customers, we aim to schedule interprovincial logistics within 24 hours of receiving the order and will notify you of the expected delivery date once confirmed.
If products cannot be delivered immediately, our team will contact you and provide an estimated delivery date. While we will make every reasonable effort to meet the estimated delivery date, there may be circumstances beyond our control that could extend the fulfillment date.
Charcoal Land partners with top-tier suppliers and logistics teams to ensure the highest quality. However, in rare instances, products may be damaged during packaging or transit.
If you receive a delivery where the external packaging is intact but the product inside is damaged, please contact us immediately at bbccland@gmail.com or 0416 309 996. Our team will assist you promptly to resolve the issue.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate delivery address and access details at the time of purchase. Charcoal Land is not liable for refunding delivery fees once the delivery service has been completed.
